We were commissioned to design, develop and deliver a dynamic new HQ for OrganOx, a pioneering medtech company at the forefront of organ preservation technology. Previously operating from a number of different sites, this new facility enabled a cohesive environment for innovation and growth.

Our approach focussed on designing a series of adaptable and inspirational workspaces ranging from laboratories to flexible offices and collaborative spaces. All areas were carefully considered to support their evolving needs enabling focussed research, cross disciplinary and team collaboration.

In-house research into the internal operations meant that we were able to translate their detailed requirements into highly functional and tailored spaces.

Working closely at board through to team level throughout, the resulting scheme provides an efficient, productive, future-ready workplace that meets scientific demands as well as enhancing day-to-day employee experience.

The design has since been adopted and translated for their US base in New Jersey.
